3 Step Process

Step 1 - Quote
Our team conducts and in depth and detailed visual inspection, ascertaining if walls are load bearing and require a structural beam installation to support the structural integrity of your home before being removed.
In some wall removal jobs, the desired modifications to your home may require a local council building approval. You can rest assured our team will liaise with your local council to draft and submit an application with a detailed description of planned works before any job is commenced, always ensuring a safe and to building code wall removals.
Step 2 - Removal of wall
The structure of your home will be safely supported to ensure structural integrity, as recommended and in accordance with the structural engineer's report. Walls are demolished and debris removed from your home safely and efficiently, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for our team and customers.
On completion of wall removal our team ensures a perfect finish, repairing ceilings and walls in plaster or gyprock and any carpentry repairs to frames and surrounds, guaranteeing a seamless wall removal from start to finish.


Step 3 - Clean up and handover
Our registered and experienced builders conduct a final builder inspection and issue a structural engineer's certificate of inspection for the removed wall. We always ensure that construction has been carried out in accordance with the local council and approved plans, guaranteeing all work meets the quality and safety standards as set out in the building code.
